The Best Shape

No Scar

Mr Kalus is extremely experienced at rhinoplasty surgery and is able to perform the entire nose reshaping (or rhinoplasty) procedure from incisions made inside the nose. We understand that the “open” rhinoplasty is popular these days, however it is important to understand that this does result in a visible scar across the nasal columella as well as prolonged swelling of the nasal tip following surgery. It is our opinion that the open rhinoplasty should be reserved for cases with specific problems of the nasal tip that cannot be corrected by the closed method.

Minimal Bruising and Swelling

Some bruising and swelling after a nose surgery is unavoidable. However, the rhinoplasty methods that we use at our Melbourne centre minimize the bruising and swelling. Our surgical techniques allow us to avoid the use of surgical packs, so that you can breathe normally soon after your surgery and avoid the discomfort and swelling associated with nasal packs.
