Treatment of Visible Wrinkling following Breast Augmentation

Breast implants are known to cause lots of problems.  Especially when they are placed in front of the muscle and when they are textured, they can adhere to the skin and cause visible rippling on the front of the breasts. 

The best way to correct this problem is to remove the implants and to replace them with new implants placed under the muscle.  The muscle covers the implant and so there is no visible wrinkling on the front of the breast.  Fat transfer can also be used in this situation to thicken the skin and also to enhance the cleavage.  The photographs shows one such a patient before and after her surgery.
